We offer FREE shipping worldwide! We advise our customer to please allow 48 hours for orders to fully process. Once your order has processed, US delivered will take approximately 2-5 days to be received, and Expedited International Deliveries will take approximately 3-12 days to be received, depending on the delivery location. You can check the status of your order on our website when the tracking number becomes available.
“What if my tracking information comes up empty, or is listed as invalid?”
If your tracking information is not populating any results through your tracking page, this is because your item still needs to be received by our third party shipping carriers facility. Once its has been received, and properly scanned into their system, you will notice an update on your tracking page. We suggest waiting 48 hours before checking your tracking page again, then check it periodically for updates.
Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party, there are NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS. Once you’ve placed your order the product is automatically sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, and prepared for shipping with our third party supplier. Therefore, we cannot cancel or refund any orders once an order has been placed.
We aim to keep our customers satisfied with delivery estimates, but Activated COCO is not liable for any delay deliveries due to unforeseen weather, delivery reroutes, or during busy periods (including high sales volumes). Deliveries may take a little longer during those situations. Please note that Activated COCO cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery, or as a result of any specific delivery, instructions left for the carrier.
PLEASE BE ADVISED International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you are in the process of moving, we suggest contacting your local post office about delivery options in your specific area. At Activated COCO, we are not liable for any parcel that is listed as Undeliverable, or that is Returned to Sender Due to changed shipping information.
We will issue refunds only for products that will not ship to certain Countries/Regions.
If you have been given the option for a refund, and you do not see your refund populate into your bank account, please contact your banking institution first, as the amount of time it takes for your refund to be received is determined by your banks' policies. Please note it may take 7-10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.
